WEDDING AT LA CUCHARA AND HOTEL ULYSSES AFTERPARTY IN BALTIMORE
Ali & Jim

Ali & Jim’s wedding celebration was the culmination of a love story 17 years in the making.
When Ali first reached out to me about their wedding, she told me they initially had thought of foregoing marriage, but the longer they were together, the more they felt like it would be the perfect way to honor the partnership they had built and where they wanted to go. They’ve been in Baltimore for nearly a decade and decided to throw a unique shindig in the heart of the city for their family and friends from far and wide to come celebrate with them.
They had a unique format to their wedding day, beginning with an early morning getting ready at the Hotel Ulysses in Mount Vernon. After having their first look, we all headed over to La Cuchara in Hampden for their ceremony, incredible lunch, and daytime reception with speeches and dancing. At the conclusion of the reception, Ali, Jim, and their guests headed back to Mount Vernon for a little disco nap before resuming the night for an incredible after party.
We wandered around Mount Vernon Square taking portraits after their outfit change, then Ali & Jim invited their closest friends up to their suite before the party started for a pregame (complete with Solid Wiggles jello-shots) and it was the perfect way to set the vibe for the night. They proceeded to all head over to Swann House for a pizza and dance party that ended with Ali and all her girls singing along to Celine Dion. 100/10 night if you ask me!
